I can't even get to the point where I can enter the product keys Steam keeps giving me every time I try to play. I've looked in my task manager and it doesn't say the game is already running, so I know that's not the issue. I've left my laptop running for 2+ hours to see if it's just a slow game but nothing happens. Sims with the Genius trait will sometimes want to go to the library.
